Eadon Consulting have just finished the structural analysis of an enclosure that will be used on an offshore platform in Brazil.

Working on behalf of Cullums, who specialise in marine gas turbine applications, Eadon Consulting have assisted in developing the design of the stainless steel structure, taking the acceptance criteria from Norsork Standard. The enclosure which will house a gas turbine has been analysed using Ansys finite element analysis software. It is due to be installed later this year.
