Eadon is thrilled to announce the opening of our second office in the Lake District.

While advances in remote working have transformed the way we work, some aspects of engineering still benefit from in-person interaction – whether it’s the early stages of concept development, working hands-on with prototypes, or hosting on-site meetings to explore project challenges and opportunities. We believe that establishing this new base in Cockermouth, Cumbria will allow us to build stronger connections with our clients and partners across the northwest of England, the west coast, and southern Scotland.

Our brand new office – complete with workshop – will allow us to carry forward the same multidisciplinary engineering expertise that defines our Sheffield office. From moveable bridges to water control systems, from nuclear handling equipment to kinetic structures, we look forward to continuing to innovate and deliver solutions across a variety of sectors.

Our Sheffield and Lakes teams will work closely together to maintain our collaborative culture. By sharing knowledge and skills across both offices, we will ensure every project benefits from our full spectrum of experience and innovation.

Our new Lakes office opens up an exciting opportunity to connect with local engineering talent.
