We’re thrilled to welcome Nadiia Nefodova, our new HR Business Partner, to the team. 

Originally from the picturesque city of Odesa in Ukraine, Nadiia has worked in human resources for over a decade. Throughout her career, she’s worked with various international retail companies in Ukraine, working on international projects and gaining a wealth of experience in HR processes.

“My passion in human resources is employer branding, building processes, establishing HR processes, HR analytics, and compensations and benefits,” she says. “I was looking to work for a company over here where I could help build and establish HR processes, and I’m happy that that’s what I’ll be doing at Eadon. I’ll also be taking responsibility for the induction process.”

“My first impression of Eadon is that it’s a really friendly place,” she says. “The people are really interesting and innovative. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the team.”

Outside of work, Nadiia loves spending time with her two daughters, doing sports and traveling.
