We’re delighted to welcome back Henry Patten to the Eadon team. After completing his placement with us last year, Henry has returned to us in his new role as a Graduate Engineer.

Henry’s experience during his placement was instrumental in shaping his decision to return. “During my placement, I got a clear idea of what I value in a workplace,” he said. “I realised that it’s not just about a specific industry, but more about finding an environment that suits me – one that offers creativity, diverse projects and different perspectives. Eadon is a great fit for me – and I’m back working on the same nuclear project I was involved in during my placement, so I’ve slotted straight back in. It’s really good to be back.”

Since finishing his placement, Henry has been busy! He spent time traveling – including an unforgettable trip to Japan. He also took the opportunity to spend time with family, worked as a woodman – and even put his hands-on skills to use by building a holiday hut!

Looking ahead, Henry is keen to get involved in some of Eadon’s workshop-based projects, such as REACH. He’s also keen to develop his leadership skills and hopes to eventually progress into a mentoring or leadership role within the company.
