I joined Eadon Consulting as Graduate Engineer in 2013. Since then I have grown personally and professionally surrounded by a supportive and friendly team. I graduated in Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Parma (Italy) and after six months of work on design and verification of structures in seismic areas I moved to the UK. I have always dreamt about a job like mine. Over the years I have been involved in great projects. One of the projects that I have particularly enjoyed recently is the role of Project Lead for the design of the operating equipment for a movable bridge in Bermuda. It has been amazing to follow this project from the first sketches and to design the mechanical components that will make it move in such a marvellous landscape. Seeing your ideas becoming reality is the most exciting reward for an engineer.

To me working at Eadon means working on exciting and challenging projects every day. The chance to work in different sectors, from movable bridges to cranes for the nuclear industry, means I keep gaining experience in many sectors and therefore increasing my capability and knowledge.

Everyone is involved in the different aspects of the company including business development. This gave me the chance to expand my knowledge, and helped me to achieve the Chartered Engineer status in a fairly short time.

Eadon is made up of a winning team of engineers with different backgrounds who are able to work together in the most effective way. This allows us to deliver a great variety of projects to close timescales and bespoke criteria.

The flexibility that Eadon offers allows me to enjoy my job and at the same time to have spare time to nurture my passion for yoga and photography.
