Eadon Launches New Learning & Development Programme

We’re excited to have kickstarted our new 2025 Learning & Development Programme this week.
This initiative, a collaborative effort between Eadon and Natalie Houlton from Yellow Duck Development, is designed to equip our team with key behavioural skills to support their growth in their roles.
The programme consists of a series of modules which will run throughout the year. The majority of sessions will be delivered face-to-face by Natalie with the aim of helping team members handle challenging discussions and develop key interpersonal skills. Content will be tailored as needed based on role type and position within the company, and some modules will be repeated to ensure new joiners have access to the same opportunities.
The first module, ‘Understanding and Developing Self,’ held this week, enhanced employees’ self-awareness by encouraging them to evaluate when they performed at their best; but also to recognise when they weren’t at their best, and to develop strategies to minimize negative impacts on others. It also focused on giving and receiving feedback as a core part of continuous learning.
A key goal of the programme is to integrate learning and development into the fabric of the business, making it an ongoing practice rather than a one-off event. We plan to refresh the calendar annually to adapt to evolving business needs and ensure employees receive the most relevant and up-to-date training. Further planned modules this year include sessions on time management and decision-making.
The launch of this training reinforces Eadon’s commitment to building a more effective and cohesive team environment by providing structured opportunities for professional growth that benefit both individual success and company-wide development.
