Calling all graduate engineers!

We’re recruiting, as we do regularly to keep our business growing and progressing. But we know that engineers – graduate or otherwise – are hard to find, and it’s important to us not only that we find the right employee, but also that we are right team for you. So, we’ve put together a round-up below with just a few of the reasons that you might want to come to work for us. Take a look and build a picture of what you can expect from a career at Eadon Consulting.

Involvement in a range of challenges

As a high-tech, growing engineering business, Eadon is ideally placed to provide graduates with a range of experience that you wouldn’t expect from many other graduate roles. This is because we offer consultancy services to a wealth of industries and work on a raft of different projects at any one time – from designing the mechanisms behind kinetic architecture to developing a new piece of equipment for the nuclear industry. Life at Eadon can be challenging at times, which is why we look for graduates with a passion for learning and development – but it is never boring!

Hands-on opportunities

The majority of our time is spent sitting at a desk working on designs, collaborating with colleagues and customers. But not all of it; we have a workshop on site where we build prototypes, test theories and create working models of some of our design solutions. This has two benefits; firstly, it enables us to go to clients with a working example of what we’re proposing as a solution, and secondly it allows our team to realise their own designs, refining and testing as part of an ongoing professional development programme.
